I was working on Donna and Steve’s wedding photographs this afternoon and I found this one of me!

Wow, to put it mildly the last few weeks have been hectic with multiple weddings a weekend and projects galore! I’m finally getting to post the rest of Mike and Amber’s wedding! It really was a fantastic wedding at Firesky Resort in Scottsdale with a fun crowd (something I always enjoy) and unusually nice weather!

I loved how Firesky has these amazing spaces all over the property. This is just outside of the lobby before you enter the pools.

Mike and Amber were amazing to work with because they knew how to work the camera and give it a little love.

Believe it or not I didn’t place the guys in this arrangement, they were just talking and laughing while we shot the girls photos.

Amber really wanted to do a few shots by the LOVE sign in Scottsdale, but right when we arrived another couple totally stole our idea! So we had to wait for a few, but I think this photo made it worth the wait.

We stumbled on this teeny tiny alley way by accident and I loved how these portraits turned out.

I told Mike to act like he was a hot shot movie star getting interviewed for a magazine like GQ and he totally pulled it off!

This series was totally fun, I told them to just keep getting closer together…

Arizona is known for it’s amazing resorts and pools and Firesky doesn’t disappoint. In addition to the pools it features these sweet cabana’s for guests to relax in. We decided it was time for Mike and Amber to relax a little too!

During the reception Amber and Mike told me they were up for heading out for ten minutes or so of night photos. I was more than happy to oblige!

While I usually like to keep all of my family photography work on it’s own blog, every once in a while a picture is too cute not to share!
