An Arizona Wedding At A Ranch
I really really enjoyed Elissa and Sean’s down to earth wedding. They hosted it at a ranch in Arizona and it had all the trappings of a high end resort wedding just outdoors!
The color Elissa chose to be predominant was purple and I think it stood out so well against the blue and the greens of the ranch. I always love when I arrive at a wedding and am just delighted and fascinated with something the couple has thought of, and Elissa’s color choice did that for me.
I also liked that there was a secondary theme to the wedding, dragonflies. The back story is that a number of years ago Elissa’s cousin and dear friend passed away and she loved dragonflies. In honor of her memory Elissa and Sean incorporated the dragonfly symbol into many aspects of their wedding. On Elissa’s bouquet there is a brooch of a dragonfly as well as dragonflies on the stationery and cake.
P.S. There was also a campfire and yummy smores for the guests to enjoy as they took in the beauty of an Arizona spring night.
