Montelucia Couple Photos
Ahh love, it’s about time I show these bad boys off! I had such a wonderful time shooting with Brittany and Andrew the entire day, but my very favorite part of the wedding is the couple shoot. Why? Well because I get them all to myself. We get to hang out like friends, laugh and sneak off to hidden places like kids.
Brittany and Andrew’s shoot was awesome for a variety of reasons (they are gorgeous, the weather was wonderful, they are really funny) and to top it off they met up before the wedding for a ‘first look’ and some pre-ceremony photos! Score! It worked out perfectly since the sun sets so early in the winter.

Brittany and Andrew’s wedding reception was just as wonderful and fantastic as the rest of the day. They enjoyed some fantastic and hilarious toasts, delish cake and succulent fillet minion.

The dreamy and delish wedding cake. I’m such a sucker for monochromatic weddings.

A view of the top of the cake.

Since the wedding was just a few days before Christmas there were a few Santa hats floating around!

Couple photos coming next… oh the anticipation!
Arizona Wedding Ceremony at Montelucia Resort and Spa
Because it was super cold the week Brittany and Andrew were married and it was in the middle of December, they hosted their wedding ceremony indoors. In Arizona, indoor weddings are actually out of the norm, so it was so fun to shoot! I always enjoy a little mix up in the old routine!
They held the ceremony at the Montelucia Resort and Spa in Paradise Valley, Arizona. If you haven’t visited the resort you should, it’s very posh. They used this beautiful hallway area with hanging lanterns and the effect was divine.
Here’s just a handful of my favorite moments from the ceremony.
